Fitness blogs you should be following

Fitness motivation can be hard to find, but if you are following the right crowd, it can be easier than you think.

Here are some of my favorite health bloggers:

AskLaurenFleshman

Lauren Fleshman is a professional runner who has competed in the Olympics. In her blog, she answers all your fitness questions. If you are a runner, you will especially love her because her insight is so incredibly valuable.

GirlsGoneStrong

GirlsGoneStrong is a great website that caters to every woman wanting to workout and get fit. They talk about supplements, food, workouts for beginners, workouts for pregnant women, etc. There is something for everyone on this blog.

LifebyDailyBurn

I first heard of Daily Burn while watching Hulu on my Roku. You can subscribe to Daily Burn for exercise videos, but I love their blog. Their blog is full of motivation, fitness tips and recipes!

Greatist

Greatist is like the Pinterest of fitness. They have every answer to every question you ever had about fitness, and some questions you have never even thought about!

BreakingMuscle

Breaking Muscle is an online fitness magazine that helps you train, learn and fuel. They have a special section just related to women, but you can find helpful tidbits throughout the site.

LifeXErin

LifeXErin is a newcomer to the gang, but she posts great tips all the time. Plus, if you are in her area she does free boot camps. Don’t worry if you miss them though, she has a YouTube channel were she posts her fitness routines as well.
