5 Food Trucks in Waco You Must Try

I have lived in Waco for going on 3 years now, and I have not gotten to go to as many food trucks as I would like.

This is mainly because every time I head over to the food trucks, I can’t help but get one of my favorites! So if you are going to Magnolia, these are some great lunch choices – and some are even parked at the Market!

Club Sandwich

Club Sandwich is not anything like it sounds like. When I first came here, I was expecting some crazy sandwiches with bacon, ham and turkey.

But no – that is not what it is at all! Club Sandwich serves typical Asian food in American forms – like tacos and fried balls of goodness.

However, the best thing about Club Sandwich isn’t the food (even though it is pretty good), it’s their sense of community! They are always supporting Waco businesses and their customers!

Guess Family Barbecue

If you ask someone from Waco what the best barbecue in the area is, they will probably say Guess Family Barbecue (with Vitek’s coming in at a close second).

They are usually in front of Bare Arms Brewery, and you should definitely head over there if you want some classic Texas barbecue!

The Mad Hasher

Okay, so The Mad Hasher is my favorite – mainly because I love hashbrowns.

They serve totally yummy things on totally yummy potatoes. That’s all you need to know.

Pokey O’s

If you have kids with you, you have to take them to Pokey O’s! This is a place that allows you to make a customized ice cream sandwich – all homemade!

You’re going to have a hard time eating the whole thing, but you will definitely try!

Sergio’s

For the best breakfast burritos in town, head to the farmers market on Sunday (or sometimes they are parked in front of Dichotomy).

You can put whatever you want in it, and it is perfect for a Sunday morning!
