Keto Friendly Cheeseburger Casserole

Three weeks into my Keto diet, and I am missing hamburgers like crazy. And quesadillas. And ice cream.

Okay – I am missing a lot of things, so that is why I decided to make a cheeseburger casserole! This cheeseburger casserole is super easy, and it tastes just like a bacon cheeseburger! I like to add avocado on mine to up the fat content, but you can add mayo also!




The best thing about this for single people is that you will have leftovers. This is great for lunches on the go. Eat more fat, my friends.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound no added sugar bacon (cooked)

2 pounds of ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

8 eggs

12 ounces of shredded cheese

1 c heavy cream

Salt and pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brown ground beef, add garlic and onion powder. Drain the grease.

2. Cook bacon and then chop into pieces. Stir with ground beef and then place in a casserole pan.

3. In a bowl whisk eggs, salt and pepper, heavy cream and half of the cheese.

4. Pour egg mixture over ground beef and top with the remaining cheese.



5. Bake at 365F for 25-35 minutes.
