How to Get Easy Beachy Hair for Summer
It is summertime, and we are all starting to gravitate towards more summer looks – makeup, clothing, hair, iPhone wallpapers, etc.
One of my favorite looks is beachy hair. I love the look of slightly curled hair, put together by the salt of the sea.
But, if you are like me and live hours away from the beach, you have to try to find an alternative route to sunny, beachy hair.
HOW TO GET BEACHY WAVES
You will need a 1-inch or smaller curling iron, sea salt spray, mousse and some patience.
I start by taking small pieces of hair and curling them. The best thing to do is to start by your face and curl those pieces away from your face. Then, begin to alternate curling directions until you are done.
Personally, I like to divide my hair into sections. It helps to add a lot of curls before we deconstruct it into beach waves.
Once you have your perfect curls, spray them well with sea salt spray. Then, run your fingers through your hair, breaking up each curl.
After this, use the mousse to scrunch up your hair. If some of your hair goes flat, fo ahead and recurl it with the curling iron.
Then – you are done!
