Apple Cider Mule – spice it up for the season
Everybody loves a copper mug, and they just stink of fall. So I decided to tweak the classic Moscow mule recipe to create an apple cider version. This is the apple cider mule!
This version keeps all the things you love about a mule, but adds a little cinnamon!
My apple cider mule is made just like a regular mule, just add apple cider and garnishes! If you know someone who feels like Moscow mules are boring, this is just the spice they need to make them their new favorite.
(Pro-tip: You can get cinnamon sticks on the cheap at TJ Maxx or Marshalls)
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Ginger beer
1.5 oz Vodka
2 oz Apple Cider
0.5 oz Lime juice
Apple slices
Cinnamon sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the ginger beer, vodka, apple cider and lime juice in a copper mug.
Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks
Serve (and watch a scary movie for the full effect)
