Free workouts to get through COVID-19

While we are all at home, it is important to remember to stay active! And it’s even easier with all the free workouts being offered.

And honestly, this tip has nothing to do with fitness – but mental health. Working out has saved me some days in terms of depression in anxiety.

I literally feel like the sweat is my depression clearing, even for a temporary second.

If you missed it, I released my 30-day social distancing challenge. This is a great program to get you through this month – and it is burpee free.

For my program, if you are just starting out and you can’t do the full 4 sets – that’s okay. Promise to commit just 30 minutes to the program per day, and you will eventually be able to get through it!
