Well, here is a short list on how to make the most out of your New Year’s resolutions!

  1. Be realistic! Life happens, so you probably aren’t going to be at 0 percent body fat next year. But maybe, you can say, make healthier choices. Eat less bread (if losing weight is a resolution). Baby steps!
  2. Keep it simple. Don’t dedicate yourself to something different everyday or anything like that. The more complicated the resolution, the harder it will be to keep it.
  3. Look deep. Do something other than the basics. What do you really want to change this year. Maybe the only reason you want to lose weight is because you don’t feel confident, so make that your resolution instead. Resolutions should be something unique to you.
