Grilled Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Ever since I started grilling more, I have wanted to try to make a grilled pizza. The task seemed daunting at first, but after a few tries, it is one of my favorite dinners.
When you make a grilled pizza, your possibilities are endless. You can make any kind of pizza you imagine, but I like to start with something basic.
I created a Barbecue Chicken Pizza recipe that is so easy, and it is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
Pillsbury pre-made pizza dough
Chicken breast
Olive Oil
Pineapple
Red onion
Cilantro
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Barbecue sauce
Garlic pepper seasoning
Aluminum foil
Skewers
INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn the grill on so it can get hot. Cover the chicken in olive oil and garlic pepper seasoning. Chop the chicken into chunks and put the chunks on a skewer
Grill the chicken until well done
While the chicken is cooking, prepare your toppings. Chop the cilantro, red onion and pineapple.
Once the chicken is done, cover the grill in aluminum foil and spray with olive oil Place the premade dough on the foil. When the dough begins to bubble, flip it over.
After you have flipped your dough, spread the barbecue on the dough. Add the cheese and then add the toppings.
Grill the pizza until the dough is fully cooked. Serve!
